Fill out the quote form on our Contact page or give us a call. We'll confirm your address, yard size, and preferred service day, then get you scheduled — usually within a week.

No. As long as we have access to your yard (a gate code or an unlocked gate), you don't need to be home. We'll send you a photo confirmation text when we're done.

Most customers leave their gate unlocked or share a code with us. Some use a lockbox for a spare key. We'll confirm the access method before your first visit.

Service days are assigned by neighborhood route. When you sign up, we'll let you know your scheduled day. We service most Portland areas Monday through Saturday.

We observe major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day). If your scheduled day falls on a holiday, we'll contact you to arrange an alternate day that same week.

Same-day service is available for one-time cleanups in most areas depending on our schedule. Call us before noon for the best chance of same-day availability.

Every visit is GPS-tracked and you'll receive a photo confirmation text when the job is done. We can also share GPS route data on request.

We scoop and bag all waste in compostable bags, then place the sealed bags in your outdoor trash or yard waste bin. Nothing is left scattered in your yard.

For safety, we ask that dogs be kept inside during our visit. Just bring them in before we arrive and let them back out when you get our done text.

Yes. Portland weather doesn't stop us. We service in rain, light wind, and most winter conditions. We'll only cancel if there's a genuine safety risk (ice storm, extreme weather event) and will reschedule promptly.

No contracts, ever. You can cancel your recurring plan at any time. Just let us know before your next billing cycle and we won't charge you.

We charge monthly on your plan start date via credit or debit card. You'll receive an email receipt after each charge.

Yes. All recurring plans include one dog. Additional dogs are $10/dog/month. One-time cleanups are priced per the yard condition.

No setup fees. If your yard has heavy buildup (3+ months), we may quote a deep-clean rate for the first visit, but we'll always tell you upfront before we start.
